Emotional Anorexia

I am starting to attend Online Emotions Anonymous Meetings to deal with my Emotional Anorexia. The only problem is that there meetings are California-Centered and take place after Midnight UK Time (The Sunday Meeting is at Midnight UK Time and Friday Night has a Meeting at 1AM UK Time).

There is also a face-to-face Emotions Anonymous on Friday Nights at Newry (where I have attended meetings for another fellowship prior). However, it starts at 9:30PM and it's over an Hour's Drive away from my Home!

However, I need to work on my Emotional issues too, especially with family issues and my Gran trying my patience (whatever I have of it, lol).

Hi there, welcome. There are

Hi there, welcome. There are telephone-based meetings in the fellowship you're talking about which are more suited to UK time.  With SLAA, you're certainly in the right place if you want to work on your emotional anorexia, I guess you'll have seen the leaflet Anorexia: Sexual, Social, Emotional (if not, it's included in the SLAA Beginners Kit, one of the links on the left). There's also a great booklet, Articles from the Journal: Stories with an Anorexia focus, which is highly recommended - literature page is http://www.slaauk.org/how-purchase-fellowship-literature.
There are telephone meetings related to sexual anorexia, but they too are late at night.  There are Skype meetings with anorexia focus, listed on the Telephone meetings list as "SLAA H.O.W. Skype Meeting".  As for online meetings, there is a Yahoo group which focuses on anorexia.  Details on http://www.slaafws.org/meetings.
Another similar sex fellowship, SAA, has telephone sexual anorexia meetings which suit UK time, http://www.saatalk.org.
Hope you find the help we've been privileged to enjoy.
